Purchasing “Luke”

When you purchase “Luke” from the Site, your information is provided to Marschall Electronics GmbH & Co. KG. ("Marschall Electronics") who provide the payment gateway for THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY will not use your information other than to keep a record that you have purchased “Luke”, for the purposes of (i) collecting payment from you, and (ii) providing user support at your request. The Company reserve the right to change the payment gateway at any time, without notice, but warrant that any changed gateway will operate to the highest standards of security both for processing payments and for the protection of your information.

Installation of “Luke”

When “Luke” runs for the first time you are asked to provide a user name and what country you live in. Only your country and no other information (personal or otherwise) is used or disclosed.
Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the Site or using “Luke”. Cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies are used within “Luke” and on the website to identify which version number of “Luke” you are currently using. When you try to launch “Luke” with an outdated version THE COMPANY is able to suggest at that time that you upgrade to the latest version. Log Files

Like most website servers THE COMPANY uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the website, track users' movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. THE COMPANY does not collect personal information from logfiles.

Technical Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out technical announcements. For instance, if the www.plentyplenty.com website is temporarily suspended THE COMPANY might send users an email. These emails are not promotional in nature.

Selecting “edit your profile” in “Luke” My Account menu can do this.

THE COMPANY will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
